Description
Tice Valley Community Park is also home to the Community Gymnasium and Pool, so it is a very popular and busy place. The parking lot is big, but it was nearly full the morning I was there.
The play area is to the right of the parking lot, in front of the ball field. It's small, but clean. The two play structures are in sand, but there is only one slide and no swings. There are lots of benches around the play area and bathrooms right next to it.
The park itself is located right at the crossroads of Tice Valley Blvd and Rossmoor Pkwy, which leads to the community of Rossmoor. These are very busy streets and hence there is a lot of noise from cars as they rush by.
