Description
Richmond Playground is an older, but very active playground in the avenues area of San Francisco. It has a play area with play structures and also a separate sand box with lots of toys.
There are lots of benches, two basketball courts, one tennis court, an active recreation center, and a ball backstop. The play area has three tot swings, two slides, and a lot of sand. It is an older play structure, but in great shape. There were also come smaller, plastic climbing structures in the play area when we visited.
One thing that I really liked about the playground was that there were only two gated entrances to the park. This makes supervision a lot easier.
