Description
Newark Community Center's water feature is a cement wading pool. It seems fairly big and nicely shaded, but the bottom looked like it might be rough on bare feet. We visited on a weekday in July and it was dry.
The city of Newark doesn't mention a water feature on their website for this park, but they do for Birch Grove Park so I have no idea if the Community Center's is turned off indefinitely or just turned on for the weekends.
