Mission Hills Park is a great neighborhood park with a fantastic hill slide. Unfortunately, there aren't any bathrooms.

The park has two play areas. The big kid one located at the end of Mission Dr. and the tot play area at the corner of Junipero St. and Independence St. There's quite a distance between the two.

The tot play area is right at the intersection of two busy streets. Cars come down the Independence Dr. Hill pretty fast. There isn't a fence to protect kids from the street either. The play structure itself is great with 4 slides, a long tunnel, a talk tube, and lots of ways to climb up or down.

The big kid play area is closest to the hill slide, the sand pit, the 1/2 basketball court, and the picnic area with a gazebo. The big kid play area has the swings- tot and big kid, three slides, lots of monkey bars, and a zip line.

We really like the hill slide. Just be careful because the bottom part of the ramp leading up to the top of the slide gets sandy and very slippery. Otherwise, slide away!
